We must find out how we can bring about
change. We must not only become aware of
how we use ourselves but also explore how
we should use ourselves. Otherwise, we will
live our lives as slaves to our own habits and
as pawns of destiny. The Alexander Technique
offers us a different perspective: it gives us
a tool whereby changes can be brought about.
